PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loader work device enabling the hydraulic hose of a front loader to be attached and detached in a comfortable position. SOLUTION: Side frames 19 on both right and left sides of the base of the front loader 2 are detachably connected to a main frame 14 vertically attached to both right and left sides of the body 3 of a traveling vehicle 1. Therefore, the front loader 2 can be detachably installed at the front of the body 3 of the traveling vehicle 1. A pressure oil supply passage for supplying pressure oil from a control valve 12 installed the body side 3 of the traveling vehicle 1 to a plurality of hydraulic devices 26, 29 of the front loader 2 includes a plurality of metal pipes 31 and a plurality of hydraulic hoses 33 detachably connected to the metal pipes 31 through connectors 32. At the rear of the main frame 14 through a support tool 34, the ends of the metal pipes 31 on the connector 32 sides are disposed between the body 3 and the main frame 14 through the connectors.
