PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of preventing the chattering display associated with the shift operation in the display of a shift indicator. SOLUTION: A meter ECU 20 acquires the shift indicator lighting request signal 80 from an AT_ECU 50 (S100), and then, confirms, as the total indicator extinction checking processing (S200), whether a plurality of lighting requests are included in the shift indicator lighting request signal 80 (S210). When a plurality of lighting requests are included in the shift indicator lighting request signal 80 (Y in S210), the meter ECU 20 extinguishes all indicators of a [P] indicator 41, an [R] indicator 42, an [N] indicator 43, a [D] indicator 44, a [2] indicator 45, and an [L] indicator 46 (S211), and makes an end.
