<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current source circuit capable of obtaining an output current having a temperature characteristic. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The constant current source circuit includes: a first constant current source circuit 11 which outputs a current I3 having a positive temperature characteristic; a second constant current source circuit 12 which outputs a current I5 having a negative temperature characteristic, and a current mirror circuit 13a connected between a current output line L1 of the first constant current source circuit 11 and a current output line L2 of the second constant current source circuit 12.
