<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary seat comprising a fixed member provided at a floor side and having a circumferential surface, a seat provided rotatably to the fixed member around the center axis of the circumferential surface of the fixed member, and a liner provided on the seat and having a surface opposite to the circumferential surface of the fixed member via an oil film in which an operational force for rotating the seat is small, and abnormal noise is not generated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An oil groove 23a along the circumferential direction of a rotary shaft 13 is formed at a face opposite to a circumferential surface 13c of the rotary shaft 13 which is a fixed member of a liner 23.
