The method involves transferring a vehicle-individual parameter at a traffic management system (TMS) by an approach of the vehicles (V1,V2,V3) at the street section (SEC). An identification number is assigned at the individual vehicles through a parameter. The data communications (C1,C2,C3) are provided with the identification number between the vehicles and the traffic management system. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a system for increasing a transport safety of vehicles on a street section, particularly for increasing the transport safety in a traffic tunnels; and (2) a transponder, particularly a mobile phone with an on-board unit.
