<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dye sensitized solar cell is provided to increase the absorption efficiency for a dye by activating a photoelectrode layer according to ultraviolet ray radiation. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectrode is formed on the top of a substrate. A catalyst electrode is formed to correspond to the photoelectrode. The photoelectrode is composed with a photoelectrode layer and a transparent conductive material. The photoelectrode layer absorbs a dye. An ultraviolet ray radiates the photoelectrode layer prior to the dye absorbing process. The photoelectrode layer is a porous TiO2 film.</p>
