<p>PURPOSE: An analog-digital hybrid touch panel device and a sensing method thereof are provided to perform multi-touch without increasing the number of lead electrodes and remove a thin film process, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: The first transparent conductive layers(300) are arranged in the vertical direction. A plurality of first cell electrodes(310) transfer electric signals. The second transparent conductive layers(320) are arranged in a horizontal direction.
