PURPOSE: A sliding form for constructing a common utility duct is provided to prevent damage to an inner passage and a form by preventing the form from being shaken left and right. CONSTITUTION: A sliding form for constructing a common utility duct comprises in forms(110), supporters(120), a roller part(130), and a bogie frame(140). The in forms are composed of an upper panel(111) and side panels(112). The upper panel forms an upper surface of an inner passage(2). The side panels form both side surfaces of the inner passage. The supporters are installed between a bottom(3) of the inner passage and the upper panel, and support the in forms. The height of the supporters are adjustable by a height adjustment device(125). The roller part is separated from the bottom of the inner passage. The bogie frame is installed between the supporters and the roller part, and slides the supporters and the in forms through the roller part.
