PURPOSE: A bumper for a vehicle is provided to reduce bumper manufacturing period and cost by easily mounting a buffer member using a hinge unit which is made of the same material with a bumper cover. CONSTITUTION: A bumper for a vehicle comprises a bumper cover(70) and a buffer member(80). The bumper cover covers a beam installed on a car body. The buffer member is integrated with the bumper cover. The buffer member is interposed in between the beam and the bumper cover. A hinge unit is installed between the buffer member and the bumper cover. The hinge unit is connected to the buffer member to rotate.
