PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a web page of a mobile communication terminal are provided to configure a web page screen frame and display a web page on a screen, thereby reducing burden of communication charge and increasing picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A browser server(50) captures an image of a web page screen. The browser server compresses blocks after dividing the captured image into blocks. The browser server configures one web page screen frame data and transmits it. A mobile communication terminal(10) decodes the web page screen frame data. The terminal configures a web page screen frame after restoring the compressed blocks.
