<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency substrate and a high frequency module which have excellent isolation characteristics, prevent mixing of unnecessary electromagnetic waves from outside and radiation of electromagnetic waves outside, and suppress unnecessary coupling between high frequency elements. <P>SOLUTION: An MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) 2 and an MMIC 3 are connected thorough a connecting waveguide 6 structured as a laminated waveguide, and the MMICs 2, 3 and the connecting waveguide 6 are connected thorough bonding wires 7, 8 and microstrip lines 11, 12. Protective members 4, 5 house the MMICs 2, 3, the bonding wires 7, 8, conversion sections 9, 10 and the microstrip lines 11, 12 in their housing space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
