CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium management system that is provided at a low system cost and a low operational cost.

SOLUTION: The condominium management system includes a controller 1 which outputs a door opening command signal by identifying authentication data read with a card reader 2, and a door unit which has an electric lock unlocked with the door opening command signal. The controller 1 updates the authentication data from a data center C remotely connected via a communication line B. The data center C includes a power failure recognition means SBl for recognizing a power failure in an apartment house A, and a schedule setting device 7 which sets and transmits the updating schedule of the authentication data to each controller 1 of the apartment house A which recognizes the power failure with the power failure recognition means SBl.
