摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme available for more advantageous blood glucose-measuring reagents compared with well-known enzymes for blood glucose sensor in practical aspect. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a modified flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent glucose dehydrogenase (FADGDH), wherein the FADGDH has more improved substrate specificity and/or stability than that of wild-type FADGDH and is preferably derived from eukaryotes, more preferably derived from filamentous fungus, and furthermore preferably derived from Aspergillus.
