<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic carrying-in base guide system capable of guiding a user from his/her current location to the nearest carrying-in base even while the user moves when a failure of electronic equipment occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A voice responding part 11 accepts received wire of a repair carrying-in request from the user by a portable terminal 101 or a fixed/public phone 102, and a phone type determining part 12 classifies a telephone terminal having the received wire. When the phone type is a portable terminal, a GPS position analyzing part 14 and a moving state analyzing part 15 analyze the current location of the user. A public telephone position analyzing part 16 analyzes it in the case of a public telephone, and a fixed telephone position analyzing part 17 analyzes it in the case of a fixed telephone. A nearest base retrieving part 22 retrieves a carrying-in base that is the nearest to the analyzed current location, and a map information transmitting part 13 transmits a map around the carrying-in base to the portable terminal 101 or the fixed/public telephone 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
