<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill notebook creation system for easily and surely preventing omission and a mistake of order of bills, a cover sheet, a receipt and an issue request format. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a storage means 23 storing print information data; an issue instruction input means 20 in which an issue instruction is input; and a print means 13 for respectively printing predetermined print on paper sheets of the bills, cover sheet, receipt and issue request format on the basis of the information data stored in the storage means 23 when the issue instruction is input in the input means 20.
