PURPOSE: An LED fishing lamp equipped with a radiator is provided, which prevents the LED fishing lamp from being over-heated and prevents the LED fishing lamp from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: An LED fishing lamp equipped with a radiator comprises an LED fishing lamp part which is equipped with an LED substrate(12a) in which the LED(12) is attached and a case(20) in which the LED substrate is built and emits the light; a heat dissipation plate part(21) attached to the rear side of the LED fishing lamp part; and a cooling part(22) installed through the heat dissipation plate part. The case of the LED fishing lamp part includes a fixture(50) which fixes the LED fishing lamp to the fishing lamp support stand of a ship.
