<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture integrated type rear-view mirror constituted to emit the light irradiated from a light source accommodated in a housing in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture integrated type rear-view mirror 30 includes a mirror member 34 directed to the rear side of a vehicle body and one bulb 40 in a housing 31 suitable for the vehicle body, and further includes a reflecting member 35 for reflecting the light irradiated from the bulb 40 backward of the vehicle body, and a reflector 36 for reflecting the light forward of the vehicle body. The reflecting member 35 is provided on a back side of a lens 34 suitable for the housing 31 to allow the irradiation light to be transmitted therethrough, and the reflector 36 is provided inside the housing 31. The mirror member 34 is fitted in the opening part of the housing 31. A projecting part 32a of the lens 32 for allowing the irradiation light from the bulb 40 to be transmitted backward of the vehicle body is expanded in the outer circumferential direction of the mirror member 34.
