PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator improving a deodorization effect by a compact and inexpensive deodorization member in regard to a refrigerator having a storage compartment suppressing movement of gas, and decompressed to a pressure state lower than the atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: The refrigerator having the storage compartment decompressed to the pressure state lower than the atmospheric pressure and a lid member for opening and closing the storage compartment has the deodorization member adsorbing moisture in the storage compartment and deodorizing odor components in the storage chamber. The deodorization member is integrally formed by moisture absorption fiber adsorbing and holding the moisture in the storage compartment, and deodorization fiber carrying out deodorization by adsorbing or decomposing the odor components in the storage compartment.
