PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain light emission from a region overlapped with a contact hole with a structure having a plurality of light-emitting elements laminated. SOLUTION: The stacked organic electroluminescent display device includes a contact hole for electrically connecting a first electrode or a second electrode with a driving circuit. The first or second electrode and a second organic compound layer are provided in the contact hole, and the second organic compound layer existing in the contact hole does not emit light.
