PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for arranging an electronic control circuit 36 in an auxiliary electromagnetic switch 9 without being affected by conductive dust arising from the wear of contact and without being affected by a moving track of a movable contact 35. SOLUTION: An auxiliary electromagnetic switch 9 is provided with the incorporated electronic control circuit 36 for controlling the energization of an exciting coil 27. The electronic control circuit 36 is disposed in a space defined by a magnetic plate 28 to separate from a contact chamber 40. In other words, the electronic control circuit is disposed between the exciting coil 27 and the magnetic plate 28, and an inner diameter or an outer diameter of a circuit board is pressed in and fixed on an inner circumferential wall or outer circumferential wall of a support member 49 integrally formed with a bobbin 37 of the exciting coil 27. By this structure, the adhesion of the conductive dust arising from the wear of contact to a surface of the electronic control circuit can be prevented. Thus, reliability for avoiding the deterioration of electric insulation and a short circuit of the electronic circuit can be improved and also there is no need for a special structure for insulation and shielding.
