PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro wiring structure which connects nanowires in a desired arrangement through the use of a self-assembly formation method. SOLUTION: A nanowire structure used for a micro wiring includes: a nanowire comprising a material selected from a metal material that does not contain gold and a semiconductor material and including end faces on both ends thereof; and gold layers formed on the end faces.
