PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision risk determination system for a vehicle, a communication terminal, and an on-vehicle unit, for accurately determining the degree of collision risk between an own vehicle and an alarm object, such as a pedestrian. SOLUTION: In a pedestrian existence information providing system 1, a pedestrian detection device 3 loaded on the vehicle V is communicatively connected to a pedestrian terminal 2 carried by a pedestrian M existing in the periphery of the vehicle V. The pedestrian existence information providing system determines the degree of collision risk of the vehicle V to the pedestrian M and comprises a magnetic sensor 11 of the pedestrian terminal 2 which acquires the moving direction of the pedestrian M, a pedestrian state determination part 14 of the pedestrian terminal 2 which determines the degree of collision risk of the vehicles V to the pedestrian M based on a change in the moving direction acquired by the magnetic sensor, and an information provision determination part 29 of the pedestrian detection device 3.
