摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a light source driving circuit capable of adjusting the brightness of a light source by controlling a current flowing through the light source by means of a current of a small current value, so that it can reduce power consumption when the brightness of a light source element is reduced; a light source device; and a display. SOLUTION: A voltage conversion unit 11 outputs an output voltage VOUT that is obtained when an input voltage VIN is converted so that a feedback voltage VFB applied to a feedback voltage application element 14 equals a reference voltage VREF. The feedback voltage VFB is a voltage equal to a voltage drop at a resistance element 16 plus a voltage drop at another resistance element 15. As a current IEX output from a dimming current source 17 is raised, the amount of voltage drop at the resistance element 16 increases, and this can raise the feedback voltage VFB. Because the amount of voltage drop at the resistance element 16 can be increased even with a small current IEX by making the resistance value of the resistance element 16 higher than that of the resistance element 15, the power consumed by the resistance element 15 can be reduced.
