<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce diameter of an antenna element without being accompanied by deterioration of characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nondirectional antenna device is provided with: a pair of first circular dipole elements (22) horizontally arranged opposite to each other on a first periphery (21) centering around a vertical axis line; and a pair of second circular dipole elements (32) horizontally arranged opposite to each other on a second periphery (31) with the same diameter shifted by predetermined distance along the vertical axis line from the first periphery (21). An opposite axis (24) of the pair of first circular dipole elements (22) perpendicularly intersects an opposite axis (34) of the pair of second dipole elements (22), and length C of the first, second peripheries (21, 31) and length L of the second circular dipole elements (22, 32) satisfy a relation of 2L<C<4L.
