<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split leather for a car sheet, and its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a split leather for a car sheet comprises a preparation process, a tanning process, a dyeing preparation process, a dyeing process, a drying process and a finishing process. The split leather manufacturing processes include a re-splitting operation comprising a process for splitting raw leather (pelt) into an upper grain layer and a split layer and splitting the split layer from the upper side to obtain the split leather after the preparation process and before the tanning process. In the finishing process, the surface of the split leather is treated by forming a roll base sealing layer, a roll base cover coating layer, a medium color top coating layer, and a final top coating layer in order on the split leather.
