<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding body which stably has high shielding performance of about 100 dB in a band almost up to 10 GHz covering a frequency band to be used of a wireless LAN. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding body comprises a first base layer, a carbon felt stacked on the first base layer, a second base layer stacked on the carbon felt, and a shield cloth stacked on a surface of the second base layer.
