摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive oxide particulates which have high electric conductivity and a particle diameter of ultrafine particle region, and gives a conductive membrane with less haze, and a manufacturing method of obtaining the conductive oxide particulates even by a low-temperature heating treatment in a safe inert gas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, the conductive particulates which contain conductive material and 0.001 to 1 wt.% of boron element and in which the weight average particle diameter is 0.1 μm or less, conductive material powders containing at least one of oxide of indium, tin, and zinc, and boric acid are mixed, and heat-treated in the inert gas.
