摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying object collision avoidance system for efficiently reducing a bird strike by efficiently investigating a wide region in a wind power generator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wind power generator with a plurality of blades, an obstacle investigating unit which can detect a flying object around the wind power generator and a blade angle control means for controlling the angle variation for the blades including a rotation stop position are provided in a three dimensional monitoring system. The obstacle investigation unit is provided with an image pick up unit that is arranged so that videos of the surroundings of the wind power generator of a plurality of types can be successively picked up from different angles and a picked up image analyzing unit for analyzing the image data picked up by the image pick up unit. When the analyzed result is that a flying object exists which is flying toward the blade of the wind power generator, an image pick up control signal for carrying out a tracking image pick up of the flying object is output to the image pick up unit. When determined that the flying object is coming closer to the wind power generator, the blade angle control means outputs a control signal for varying the blade to the rotation stop position.
