<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck plate which can also be utilized as a heat insulating material while constructing a slab. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This deck plate is composed of an iron plate 11 with a predetermined area, and a reinforced truss 13 which is installed on the top surface of an iron plate 11; the reinforced truss 13 is formed of an upper reinforcement, a pair of lower reinforcement, and a pair of lattice reinforcement; an upper portion of the lattice reinforcement is welded to the upper reinforcement; an intermediate portion of the lattice reinforcement is welded to the lower reinforcement; a lower portion of the lattice reinforcement is welded to the iron plate; and a foam 14 with a predetermined thickness envelops at least a top surface of the iron plate 11, the lower reinforcement and a part of the lattice reinforcement, among the top surface of the iron plate 11, the upper and lower reinforcements, and the lattice reinforcement.
