<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel structure which prevents falling trash from sticking to a finger when the trash piled in a basket is thrown away, reduces an area of direct contact between the basket and the trash to prevent the trash from remaining sticking to the surface of the basket, and eliminates a need of shifting a hold on the basket. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A drain hole lid 5 includes a lid plate 52, an opening 50 through which an upper and lower spaces partitioned via the lid plate 52 communicate with each other, and an almost arcuate channel 57 leading continuously to the opening 50. The opening 50 has a vertical width h that expands from the radius center toward the radius outside to become the maximum vertical width H radially outside the central point Rc of the radius dimension R of the lid plate 52. The channel 57 has a termination end 56b and a start end 56a that are structured in such a way that the termination end 56b is wider and deeper than the start end 56a.
