The invention relates to an inner wall for the nacelle of a turbine engine that comprises an outer annular fan casing (126) surrounding fan blades and having an upstream flange (130) for attachment onto a coaxial ring (134), and a soundproofing inner annular structure (142) extending upstream from the fan blades, the fan casing (126) extending substantially up to the upstream end of the soundproofing structure (142) so that the upstream flange of the fan casing is located in the vicinity of the upstream end of said soundproofing structure.
