Disclosed is a base station device which prevents collisions between the transmission timing for a data signal by means of SPS and the transmission timing for an uplink control signal or a reference signal used for sounding. A base station device (200) is equipped with a DRX ON interval setting processing unit (204) which determines a reception interval for DRX control such that the total resource use during the DRX reception interval is minimized, and a control signal resource allocation unit (212) which allocates, to a prescribed time interval from the head of the ON interval of a discontinuous signal, a wireless resource for a first signal of an uplink transmitted in the ON interval during discontinuous reception by the user device (100). The control signal resource allocation unit (212) allocates, to the time interval (4 ms) between the PDCCH for SPS and the SPC PUSCH from the head of the reception interval for DRX control, a CQI, an uplink control signal such as a scheduling request, or a wireless resource of a reference signal for sounding. |
