METHOD FOR EXTRACTING ANTITHROMBATIC MATERIALS FROM EAR MUSHROOM AND THE ANTITHROMBOTIC EXTRACT

PURPOSE: A method for extracting antithrombotic materials from ear mushroom is provided to ensure excellent antithrombotic effect without toxicity and side effects like a bleeding in internal and to extract large amount of materials with excellent antithrombotic effect. CONSTITUTION: Components are extracted by minutely pulverizing ear mushroom and using water as extraction solvent. An insoluble component is eliminated through centrifuge and maceration. An ethanol soluble element is eliminated after putting enough ethanol into a dry extract obtaining soluble component and fining the soluble element for 12 hours at 5°C. Water insoluble components are eliminated by dissolving an ethanol insoluble component in enough water. The extract component is divided according to the molecular weight size by successively using ultrafilter of 500,000 molecular weight size and 100,000 molecular weight. An extraction yield is enhanced by repeating extraction of reflux in a step of extracting components using water as extraction solvent. A centrifuge is used in the step of removing the insoluble substance of the water extracts. In a step of eliminating ethanol soluble materials, an ethanol insoluble substance is obtained to by filtering apparatus after fining for 12 hours at 5°C.
