PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating electrical energy and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to generate relatively high electrical energy by improving the uniformity and the conductivity of nano-wires. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(10) is arranged on a substrate(1). A second electrode(20) spaced apart from the first electrode includes a concave and a convex part opposing the first electrode. A conductive material(40) electrically connects the first electrode and the second electrode. Nano-wires(30) formed on the first electrode are transformed by the stress applied from the first electrode or the second electrode. The first electrode and the nanowires are composed of different materials. Current flows through the transformed nano-wires.
