<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no garment having such an effect as to build up the muscle strength of a wearer by being worn. <P>SOLUTION: The garment with a training device includes: a fastening body 10 having reverse stretchability where resisting force is increased with increasing strength of pulling force while resisting the pulling force, and recovery properties where recovery movement in shape responds to release from the pulling force; and wearing attachment parts 11 provided at both ends of the fastening body 10 in a direction where the reverse stretchability is caused. For example, the fastening body 10 is stretched every time when the right and left legs intersect with each other in training the muscle force to train the muscle force when used in such a manner as to put one of the wearing attachment parts 11 on a left thigh-corresponding part and put the other wearing attachment part 11 on a right thigh-corresponding part to do exercise such as running. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
