<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate/a polylactic acid resin alloy excellent in pellet-forming property, and the appearance of its molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition is provided by containing (D) a 0.1 to 50 pts.mass epoxy compound containing a bisphenol-A type epoxy compound based on 100 pts.mass resin composition comprising (A) 98 to 1 mass% aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 1-98 mass% polylactic acid resin and (C) 1 to 98 mass% polyamide resin. The molded article comprises the aromatic polycarbonate resin composition. In the resin composition, as the component (D), further, other epoxy compounds such as an acrylic epoxy compound, etc., may be used simultaneously.
