PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate operation for peeling a coating and operation for mounting a crimping terminal. SOLUTION: Cable insertion holes 2 are provided on a front surface of a terminal board body 1. Needles 3 for core wire insertion to which conductive tapes 7 are individually connected are projected forward at center parts of back side end surfaces of the cable insertion holes 2. Through-holes 4 passing through an upper surface of the terminal board body 1 are formed on ceiling surfaces of the respective cable insertion holes 2. Needle-like cable coating locking members 6 are provided in positions corresponding to the respective through-holes 4 of the terminal board body 1 on a lower surface of a cover member 5, and are connected to upper end parts 7a of the conductive tapes 7. Cables 8 for instrument are inserted in the respective cable insertion holes 2 of the terminal board body 1 until the cables 8 abut on back sides, and the needles 3 for core wire insertion are inserted into the cable core wires 9 and are made in contact with the cable core wires 9. In this state, the cover member 5 is mounted on the upper surface of the terminal board body 1, and lower end parts of the cable coating locking members 6 inserted in the respective through-holes 4 are inserted in the cable core wires 9 by passing through the coating 10 of the cables 8 for instrument.
