<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device capable of surely restricting the progress of the front end of a sheet to the down stream side relative to a set position in a set section by a rotary type restricting member when the sheet is set in the set section, and to provide an image reading device, and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A conveyance unit 15 is a device for conveying paper set in a paper feed tray 16 to the downstream side of a conveyance path, and it includes the restricting member 70 in the set position 24 of the paper in the paper feed tray 16, which is displaced to restrict the progress of the paper to the downstream side of the conveyance path.
