<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device for making an assembled confectionery with which any person can make an assembled confectionery, various kinds of assembled confectioneries can be designed, and the confectionery made using the auxiliary device can be eaten after assembled and also can be supplied to general consumers at low price. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A confectionery sheet on which confectionery to be used for assembly is spread, includes a placing part whose one edge of which is joined so as to be folded, and the confectionery sheet is provided with an edge stopper forming an area to place the confectionery, and has a fixing tool for fixing the placing part of the confectionery sheet. The edge stopper is formed at the lower end of the confectionery sheet, and another edge stopper joined to the edge stopper and movable in an extending direction where the edge stopper moves is formed so that the area to place the confectionery on the confectionery sheet can be changed. The fixing tool is attached to the confectionery sheet and the joint angle of the placing part forming the confectionery sheet can be changed through the use of another fixing tool different in the extending direction from the former one.
