<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly prevent falling-off of ejected paper, even if the size of a paper ejecting tray body 40 does not correspond to the size of the ejected paper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second paper storage body 26 for placing small size paper is constituted in a first paper feed cassette 20, which is an upper stage so as to be longitudinally movable in the feeding direction and rotatable upward, and the paper ejecting tray body 40 is installed vertically rotatably, on the under surface side of the second paper storage body 26 on the most upstream side, in the feeding direction of a first paper feeding cassette 20. When the paper is put in a horizontal state so as to cover the upward opening part of the first paper feed cassette 20 by the second paper storage body 26 and the paper ejecting tray body 40, a clearance is not formed between these in a state of overlapping this side end part (an upstream end part in the feed direction) of the paper ejecting tray body 40 and this side-end part of the first paper feeding cassette 20. Even if the second paper storage body 26 is in any one of a feed action position and a feeding non-action position, the ejected paper P1 can be received, without fail by the paper ejecting tray body 40 and the second paper storage body 26.
