PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging apparatus having high sensitivity. SOLUTION: In the solid state imaging apparatus 11 including a pixel array 1 in which a plurality of pixels are two-dimensionally arrayed, all wires in a portion A of the pixel array 1 are formed by a silicon film 51, and wires in a portion B other than the portion of the pixel array 1 are formed by a silicon film and a metal film.
