<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise in an output signal of an analog memory circuit, particularly at high temperatures. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An analog memory circuit is equipped with multiple memory blocks which are sequentially selected and an operational amplifier with a predetermined reference voltage applied to a non-inverting input. Each memory block includes multiple memory units which store an analog signal as a charge amount and are connected in parallel between first and second output signal lines; a first switch circuit which connects the first output signal line to an inverting input of the operational amplifier; and a second switch circuit which connects the second output signal line to the output of the operational amplifier. For the selected memory block, its first and second switch circuits are turned on and analog signals stored in the memory units are sequentially outputted by sequentially selecting the memory units one at a time.
