<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce total amount of data to be transferred between processor elements while maintaining the characteristics of pipeline processing suitable for real-time requirement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pipeline processor 10 allocates each execution code of an application program divided into a plurality of stages to a local memory 21 in each of processor elements PE1-PE8 when a scheduler initializes an application. During execution of the application, each of the processor elements PE1-PE8 processes object data using the execution code. When the execution code completes processing unit amount of the object data, each of the processor element PE1-PE8 transfers the execution code to the other processor element according to path information.
