PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for oral cavity containing menthol practically and sufficiently using cool feeling and stimulating effects of menthol, to exhibit ameliorating effect for fatigue feeling while excellently maintaining their long lasting effects. SOLUTION: The composition for oral cavity contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.1-3 mass% of menthol and 0.2-4 mass% of (B) xanthine derivatives selected from a group consisting of caffeine, theophylline, theobromine and their salts with total amount of 1.2 mass% or over of components (B) and (A), and 0.2-20 mass ratios (B/A) of components (B) and (A).
