Disclosed is a prophylactic/ameliorating or therapeutic agent for CB receptor-related diseases, which comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of ?3PUFAs and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters thereof as an active ingredient.  Also disclosed is a method for utilizing the prophylactic/ameliorating or therapeutic agent.  It becomes possible to provide a safe and highly effective prophylactic/ameliorating or therapeutic agent for CB receptor-related diseases and a method for utilizing the prophylactic/ameliorating or therapeutic agent.
