FILTER PRODUCTION USING TOURMALINE FOR FUNCTIONAL DUST COLLECTOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a functional dust collector filter using tourmaline compositions is provided to manufacture dust collector filter producing high heat in smoke discharged from a dust collector. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional dust collector filter using tourmaline compositions comprises the following steps: mixing powder formed by pulverizing tourmaline and an adhesive; manufacturing fiber with PP yarns as a weft thread and polyester yarns, nylon yarn or chemical fiber yarns as a warp thread; napping a part formed with the weft threads; printing the tourmaline compositions with fixed intervals; and performing a water repellent process on the fiber.
