PURPOSE: A method for controlling the length of chopped nanofiber is provided to control the length of chopped nanofiber using mechanical impact energy generated in a rotating process of a mixture of ball and nanofiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the length of chopped nanofiber comprises the steps of: injecting nanofiber, ball and pulverizing crude material in a milling device with a cooling device and a gas control device; mixing additives at a low speed; cutting nanofiber using shock energy while rotating a mixture at a high speed; and separating and collecting the nanofiber in which the length is controlled using a sieve.
