<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pseudo-contour from being generated by executing display for one frame at a plurality of times in a display period of one frame. <P>SOLUTION: This display stores a digital data in every pixel for the one frame into a memory, and executes display based on the stored digital data. The frame is divided therein into a plurality of subframes (SF0-SF5). A corresponding bit of the digital data is displayed in each subframe.
