An oil storing and transporting device comprises an outer wall (1) of a tank body, a mounting port (3), a plugging cover plate (5), an oil inlet pipe (6), an oil outlet pipe (7), a manhole (13), and a breathing port (10). A membrane (2) is provided inside the outer wall (1), and is fixed at the mounting port (3) or the oil inlet pipe (6) and the oil outlet pipe (7), and the rest part of the membrane (2) is separated from the outer wall (1). The oil inlet pipe (6) and the oil outlet pipe (7) are mounted at the top or bottom of the tank body and each are provided with a valve (15) and a quick coupling (22). |
