<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for removing nitrogen oxides that is prevented from degrading due to a phosphorus compound or an arsenic compound, and to provide an apparatus and method for removing nitrogen oxides using the catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: The catalyst for removing nitrogen oxides in an exhaust gas, wherein a component for removing the nitrogen oxides is supported by a carrier, has pores whose average pore size is 20 to 100 Å measured by a gas adsorption method for measuring a pore size of 20 to 3,000 Å, and whose volume is 50% or more of the total volume of the pores measured by the gas adsorption method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
